Approximately two to four weeks depending on the time of year and the complexity of the stair. The railing usually follows the stair installation by another two to four weeks and depends on the finishing process of the entire job.

Yes, we can manufacture custom components for your existing staircase.
Yes, orders for staircases can be emailed. Go to our contact page, enter you information and attach the corresponding file with required stair measurements. You are 100% responsible for accuracy. However for $50 fee we can come out and take the measurements.
The product is warranted for a period of one year from our installation date. Credit information or deposits are required to begin the production of your order. If the order is destined to be shipped offshore, full payment will be required before it leaves our shop.
